Here’s the recipe 🐶
2/3 cup of pumpkin puree🎃
2 eggs 🥚🥚
1/4 cup of almond or peanut butter🥜
3 cups brown rice flour
1/4 teaspoon of ceylon cinnamon
Bake @350° for 18 mins or until light brown ⏲
First mix the butter, eggs, and pumpkin together thoroughly.
Next add in the flour and mix.
Once it begins to thicken put your mixing tool aside and knead together by hand 🤚until you have a nice dough ball with a cookie dough consistency. 🚩Here are some tips
when making roll out cookies dust your rolling pin and surface with flour to prevent sticking before each time you roll out the dough. 🍪Dip cookie cutters into flour before each cut as well. 🍯If your dough ball is too sticky add more flour. 🍎If it’s not binding enough add apple sauce or more pumpkin puree.
